Our firm is compund of expert workers in working with wooden houses. We have performant machinary (European standard), and we work with German technology. Wooden houses made here are prefabhouses, blockhouses (joist-houses).
The houses are modern, ecological, good-looking and resistent against earthquake. They are ready earlier than a house of bricks.
The project is made after the wish of the customer and after European standard. The element of the houses are: prefabs, joists, wooden panelling.
They fit in every architectural surrounding. They are made in our factory and can be assembled by our workers on the customer's ground.

TECHNICAL INFORMATIONS

• Walls made of prefabs: the outside wall gets some Fermazel panells with a Stiropol cover 1-3 cm plaster isolation with mineral cotton 12-18 cm (Reips, rigips or panell out of wood)
• Walls of the blockhouses (joists): outside 5-12 cm panelling (Nut-Feder), panelling 18 cm, 12-18 cm mineral cotton, natural wood panells, (according to the customer's wish)
• The supporting system (roof): joists, glued joists
• Doors: wood, windows: wood, termopan
• Ceiling (inside): panells, isolation - mineral cotton 8-12 cm
• Floor: according to the customer's wish
• Roof: BRAMAC-bricks, LINDAB, ONDULAIN, TEGOLA
• According to the the customer's wish we also do the electrical and sanitary installation, the cold and warm water, the central heatind and the canalisation. The materials and our work have good quality and correspond to the ISO standards.

All these wooden materials are treated with solutions against insects and mushrooms. The houses are ecological because they are made out of wood. They need only a little heating (Cca minimum).
